We offer a complete repair service for tape drives and UPS’s, from APC and Compaq.

We apply the same philosophy to all our repairs and strive to provide a quality repair service at a competitive price, with a fast turnaround.

Tape Drives - 100% Yields (at no extra cost)

There is nothing more frustrating than sending an item away only to be told that it is beyond economic repair or is going to require replacement parts at an extra cost.

That is why we offer 100% yields on the majority of tape drive repairs at a fixed repair price.

If your tape drive repair requires a new head it will be replaced at no extra cost and we will also replace pinch rollers, capstan motors and any other part that is required.

All repairs are tested to capacity and to the manufacturer's specifications. They are then put into anti-static bags and purpose built boxes ready for despatch.

We aim to repair your tape drive within 5 working days, but if this period is going to be exceeded we will exchange your drive for an identical model from stock (at the same price). All repairs leave with a 6 month return to base warranty.

If a faster turnaround is required we can provide an advance exchange or a rental, while your tape drive is being repaired. We also have a technical support service giving advice on installations; upgrades and any other tape drive related issues.

UPS Repairs

We are able to repair UPS’s from APC, Compaq and HP. We can offer more than just exchanging batteries and supply a full repair service on all UPS’s up to 3KVA with a 100% yield. We offer a 3 tier pricing structure.

We have a range of specially made boxes to accommodate the size and weight of these products so ensure they are protected during shipping.

How to send a repair

Send your repair with a purchase order for the correct repair price (if available) and include a next day delivery charge of £12.00 (please call for a quote for UPS carriage charges).

We will then provide a quotation and upon agreement the item will be repaired. When it is ready to be shipped you will be contacted for payment (if you do not have an account).

Once payment has been received it will be shipped on a next day service.
